Short version: when you request a quote, your details go to one local business so they can contact you about your enquiry, and to nobody else. We may be paid for the introduction. We never sell your details to multiple companies.

Who we are
Teesside Kitchen Fitters (teessidekitchenfitters.co.uk) is an advertising and introduction website operated by 360 Media Works Ltd, who is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. It is not the website of any kitchen fitting company. What we collect
When you fill in the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), postcode, the service you're interested in, and anything you add in the message box.
What we do with it
We use your details for one purpose: to arrange your quote. Your enquiry is passed to one independent local kitchen fitter who covers your area, and they contact you about your enquiry. Depending on our arrangement at the time, that business either pays us a fee for the enquiry, or rents this website and receives its enquiries directly. Either way your details go to one business only: they are not sold to multiple companies, added to marketing lists, or shared with anyone else. With your enquiry on its way, our job is done.
Legal basis
Contract (steps at your request before entering a contract) for handling your enquiry; legitimate interests for site security and aggregated, non-identifying site measurement.
Analytics and cookies
Site measurement is cookieless and privacy-respecting: pages visited are counted, individual visitors are not tracked, and no advertising cookies are set.
Retention
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months to handle follow-ups and disputes, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email info@360mediaworks.com to exercise any of these.
